Lyretail Anthias - Pseudanthias Squamipinnis

These fish are brilliant for the larger reef tank. They should be kept in large shoals with other less aggressive fish.  The females of this species are usually a bright orange colour, whereas the males tend to be a more red/pink colour.  This fish has the unique attribute that if a group of females are introduced then the most dominant female will automatically change into a male.  It is essential to have plenty of caves and hiding places for these fish to retreat to.  Females £16.90 Males £19.90
